As you take the exit for Marsh Island from the Causeway, you'll feel like you're pulling onto your own private island. With only a handful of homes here, you'll love the peace and quiet. This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. Assateague National Seashore is one of the most visited Beaches in America, and within a few minutes of getting there, you’re sure to understand why that is - it’s pure heaven!
In the Sleeping Area, you’ll find a comfy Queen Bed decked out in beachy blues and whites. Just off the Sleeping Area, you’ll find the Full Bath with Custom Tile Walk-in Shower and Vanity.
Let's get to what you are really here for - the great Eastern Shore Outdoors! Waterfront Sunsets offers a wonderful Waterfront Dock. Fish, Crab, launch a kayak, or tie up your small Skiff! The waters surrounding Marsh Island are shallow and calm - and there is so much to explore, from Oyster Beds to Flounder Fishing! There is also a phenomenal Sun Deck for catching some rays - or enjoy some of our Local Crabs at the Picnic Table overlooking the water, one of our favorite pastimes here on the Eastern Shore.
