"When it comes to hotels, I have never had a less-than-stellar experience at a Kimpton. This is our third stay at Asheville's Kimpton Arras, and -- as usual -- it did not disappoint. It's location is precisely the center of downtown, making it an ideal place to stay in the city, and the valet service is second-to-none, always quickly and kindly taking care of any vehicle retrieval that is needed. The room is lovely, and it was probably the most affordable one in the building. You can't go wrong, with any room you book, at the Kimpton. We'll be back! "

"I'm glad that I chose this place for my overnight stay. All areas throughout the property were clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and everything in the room was in good working order. The staff was friendly. As others have stated, the breakfast could have been better. The addition of boiled eggs and more than one fruit option would have been great. Having said that, if I was in the area again, this is where I would stay."

"Room was clean with fresh linens. Blankets need replaced or possibly doubled. That was our only complaint. It was late and we were tired so we didn’t go down to the front desk to ask for more. Nice place."
