"We enjoyed our stay at Crossways, the staff were friendly and polite however we had to draw attention to the room being dusty and the shower not working properly. They were very apologetic and cleaned the room immediately, however it was a weekend stay with no maintenance workers so we had to make do with the shower. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was enjoyable and not overpriced. I found it difficult to use the Rolec EV chargers...

"The front of house staff are wonderful. A lovely welcome from Jenny on check in. This is a lady who has mastered hospitality. Evening staff are almost as good making for a great experience. Room was great apart from the yappy dog next door! Overall, recommended."

"It is in a lovely location. Very convenient for visiting family nearby. Nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of dining areas. Very friendly staff who will alter the menu to suit. We will always stay here when visiting Bridgwater. This is our second stay here. "

"Was met by a very polite young man who carried our overnight bags to our room which was unexpected but good to have. Room very spacious but too hot, although they did have a fan. Compact bathroom with expensive fittings but not complete. Tap is loose and the one light was flickering on and off. I think this is still a work in progress but it won't take long to get there. Woukd stay again"

"Stayed for 3 nights in Lookout with our 2 dogs. Received a warm welcome and great service throughout from Sam and his team. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and bathroom is nice. The room was warm given the time of year, but equipped with a fan and the team were happy to provide use of their fridge since there is no longer an in-room fridge - so no issue. We liked having a small terrace, also great to be able to park right outside the room - parking is free and...
