Julie was the most thoughtful guest and went out of her way to accommodate an early check in request, provided ideas for the kids and I for things to do and left treats for each of us in the room. It was so welcoming and charming and relaxing we actually ended up staying in to recoup in the afternoon - playing games, reading, smelling the divine roses and enjoying the tranquil garden "

"As the name says, Must Love Dogs. We were able to take our tri-pawd Pug on a holiday with us instead of putting her in a boarding kennel. Once the initial meet and greets were done with the Host’s dogs she had a great time as did we. The welcome package on our first day, and more so the country breakfast each morning set us up for the day. We would definitely look to stay here again if we are in this region."

"Basic crockery not there. Not enough to go around. Plenty of beer glasses but only 1 wine glass. One lamp for double room. Also one without a globe. Toilet roll holder missing. No teabags. Coffee machine with no pods. Backyard looked nice. Linen was fine. House was otherwise clean. Otherwise was a great stay in a nice area. good pub food available close by. "

"At the end of a 2km dirt road you’ll find this expansive property with modest (extremely comfortable) properties (miners cabins.) Our property had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very compact, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was quite small, but our hosts had provided all the special touches. The highlight was what the sanctuary was all about…. they are an active rescue sanctuary for a wide range of animals....
