"The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Stayed on a Saturday so we were able to enjoy the wine and cheese they offer in the evening. Staff was excellent and Scott was top notch!"

"The place is gorgeous, the staff are polite, the rooms are well kept. My only gripes are with the breakfast, and the pillows. With the exchange, I basically paid 60 for undercooked eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Maybe I’m just foreign and that’s how they do eggs here, but it wasn’t edible. And the pillows are feather and I am a side-sleeper, which makes it very difficult to get comfortable. "Sam offered a very warm & efficient welcome & check in, especially as our flight had arrived very early & so we were very early to check in. Additional requests were also remedied with no disruption or feeling like we were being awkward. Good job Sam! "

"Nice room, but small. No space to set up a laptop. Travellers from the US will need a UK conversion plug. Two different modes for lighting the room, one of them was quite interesting."

"Really enjoyed our stay here at doubletree Hilton in Bath. Very convenient for Bath local sights. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Food in the restaurant was great for evening meal as was the breakfast selection . We will definitely be back."

"This hotel is in a great location, with fantastic views and everything in walking distance. We had a sea view room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The room could have be cleaned better we found broken glass pieces on the bathroom floor and a crisp packet in the bedroom area... The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The food we had from the bar menu was good, although limited choice. On the whole, a good weekend. "

"Obviously, as property is being renovated it means outside of building looks like a bit of a building site. But the renovated rooms and the public areas were lovely, and the staff great. Free parking and coffee as compensation is a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again."

"Friendly staff on front desk willing to accommodate our requests, room clean but basic is an understatement, I know it is a budget hotel but at least heating (we had a tiny oil radiator in the room that didn’t heat it) luckily we had blankets in the car!! And no kettle or tea and coffee in the room had to pay extra at the desk when checking in"

"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a wonderful stay here - we're looking forward to coming back! The rooms were clean, well supplied and spacious, the staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was very impressed at how efficiently the hotel is run. By booking through Expedia we had breakfast included which I highly recommend - good food and sets you up for the day. Thank you so much for having us!"

"We booked the property to celebrate my Mother in law's 80th birthday and it couldnt have been any better. The sizeable property had everything we needed along with plenty of space for our party of 21 to spread out. The hot tub was a real hit with everyone and the games room fired up the competitve spirit in some.
