"Booked and paid for my stay 3 months I'm advance. When we went to check in, the people at the check in hut acted like I never paid. When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. FYI they didn't check with Expedia, they just decided to double charge me. When I called to complain about being charged a 2nd time. I was told not to book thru Expedia next time and that...

"The place was even better than expected! We had a group of over 40 family members of all ages and fit comfortably. In the diner area we had more than enough space to ring in the new year and spend quality time together. The rooms were clean and the themes were very cool. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Pete was the best host! He was very accommodating and willing to assist with any odds and ends. We will certainly be returning to Medley Manor! "
