The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after an adventurous day. "The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

"This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement. The kitchen staff stood out for their kindness and assistance, especially Hitlar and Rohit, who were exceptionally sweet. However, I would suggest the chef pay more attention to the momo, as the dough was too stiff, and the filling lacked juiciness. That said, the mutton curry was an absolute 10/10! Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the team—they are warm, helpful, and truly caring. Although small mistakes occurred, they weren’t a big deal, and I believe they can improve even further. Their thoughtfulness shone through when they arranged taxi pickups for us and helped with booking transport during a natural disaster. I am genuinely grateful for their outstanding hospitality.
