"다 좋았습니다. 체크 아웃 하기 직전까지는..100점 만점이었습니다. 그런데..주차장이 바로 앞도 아니고 계단까지 있는데..손님이 직접 짐을 들고 가게 만들더군요. 10년 넘게 일본 여행 때마다 료칸만 스무 군데도 더 가봤지만..이런 고급 료칸 중에 손님이 직접 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르게 만드는 곳은 단 한 군데도 없었습니다. 다른 건 다 만점 짜리 서비스였는데..이 점 만큼은 반드시 개선해야 할 치명적인 오점이 아닌가 싶습니다. 물론 지극히 개인적인 생각입니다. 손님 중엔 별 일 아니라고 생각하는 분들도 계실 테니까요..하지만 저처럼 힘없는 60대 이상 분들은 참고하시는 게 좋을 것 같아서 후기에 남깁니다."

"Overall really nice place. My experience was unfortunately poor with the service as Typhoon Shanshan had hit during my stay. I understand that because of that service would be minimal but some communication from the team over the expedia app would have helped give me a heads up that there would be essentially 0 service. Especially since it’s on a mountain it would be good to have some communication in case where we were staying was in danger of landslides or other typhoon related issues....

"在Expedia 上找到這家溫泉酒店，圖文相符，非常讚！ 房間：大、乾淨、舒適、溫暖、安靜，窗外視野廣闊，看著河川上的白鷺絲、水鴨，還有還處的山和雲霧，心曠神怡。網路上看到的房間照片跟實物是一樣的讚。沒有提供咖啡或其他汽水飲料，但有好喝的綠茶和茶具，泡完溫泉喝熱茶正好。 浴室：一般的洗刷用品都有，護膚lotion齊全。 晚餐：共十道，由餐前開胃酒、刺身、冷盤到熱盤（豬肉小火鍋、黑毛和牛），最後有米飯和甜點，每一道菜好吃也好看，完美！ 早餐：除了一般酒店都有的西式早餐（沙律、面包蛋糕、咖啡、奶酪），還有傳統日式早餐：白飯+各式小伴菜，此外還有一盤好好看又好吃的精緻小菜，吃飽吃滿。 溫泉：室外的只有一個池，比較小，女士同時泡，又要彼此有點空間，6位就差不多了。室內的比較大，有三個池。泡完很舒服，皮膚有變滑～ 交通：地點雖離市區有些距離，但我們由福岡機場國內線北G出口坐15號巴士到Haki，不到一小時，在下車的地方轉乘41號市內巴士，坐4個站到「原鶴溫泉」站下車，走路10分鐘就到。"
