"Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable. "

The front door of the property is locked at all times you must enter through the bar next-door. i’m not sure what would happen if you were trying to enter it when the bar was closed and the staff had gone home. That the hotel has access 24/7 is not exactly true"

"Not the fanciest of places to stay, but a good base of operations to explore Chihuahua. The place could use some fixing up and cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms were pretty dirty. The same pile of dirty dishes were in the sink the entire time that I was there. Despite that, I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was wonderful. "
