Unici appunti a parere nostro, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ( mitigata dalla presenza dl ventilatore), la vicinanza alla ferrovia ( per una camera matrimoniale) ed il condominio che non si presentava in buone condizioni ma questo non è certo una mancanza del proprietario "

"L’appartamento è situato in un punto estremamente strategico: in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare, la stazione e il centro della vecchia Termoli, mentre dall’altra parte della strada vi è un supermercato ben fornito. L’appartamento è ampio e luminoso e noi l’abbiamo trovato già attrezzato di beni primari come scottex, carta igienica e detersivi.
