"Very friendly and helpful hosts who gave us lots of information about the city and it’s sights. He also gave us a tour of his brother‘s most amazing herb garden. The room was spotless and beautiful with an amazing view of the city and see. There were also two lovely roof terraces to relax. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend this b&b to other travelers and would definitely stay here again. "

"The manager was the most helpful with parking that I've ever seen. He parked his car in an open spot to save it. Walked 1/2 mile with me back to my car. I drove back to the B and B while he directed me. Then he moved his car out of the spot so I could have it!"

"The hotel was modern and clean. Beds comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection for a continental breakfast. There were a couple of bars nearby. It was a little walk into the main town you could take a short cut climbing a good number of stairs. The Melqart Hotel is a lovely place to stay it would be even better if there was some outdoor space or a little bar area. "

"We stayed at the Hotel Aliai for about 4 nights. The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The staff was absolutely amazing, very happy and couldn't do enough to help and ensure that we had a good stay. The hotel is situated so that it is easy traveling distance to the Marsala region as well as Agrigento. The town of Sciacca is lovely with some pretty impressive restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again."

Incredibly friendly service who managed my inability to speak Italian very well, and helped me remotely when my morning pre-coffee brain locked myself out of the room! "They gave me a DIFFERENT room to what I bought. Much smaller and road facing, no "seaside view" as promised instead incessant scooter noise, wonderful. Immediately as we entered the room it was a pretty tragic vibe, worse than a hostel. None of the bedside lights worked and the furniture was in a terrible state. I noticed immediately that the headboard was not attached to the wall or the bed. In the morning, it had collapsed onto my head some point into the morning (see pictures). The bathroom...
