"This place was exactly what we needed. Even in February, which is not the most pleaant of months, this was a glorious spot. Lovely and quiet, with great views of the stars. Best of all, it is located within walking distance of some great pubs amid gorgeous countryside. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable, and well laid out. The outdoor bath is great fun and a really nice touch. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back again to enjoy it ourselves. "

"Alice was an exceptional host. The property was clean, well furnished and in a lovely quiet location. Transport was easy with parking provided. 5* to the property! The only issue I had was mobile signal but this obviously isn't an issue with the place or host!"

"Great place to stay, lodge is warm and welcoming, it has everything that you need. Watching the sheep, llamas and donkeys in the morning is very relaxing. The hot tub is clean and warm and the shower is amazing ( is also a steam room). Really enjoyed our short break there."

"The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. "I absolutely loved how clean and comfortable this hotel was, there was one downside which was that the rooms were swelteringly hot and even with a window open and heating off it wouldn’t cool down. But other than that, my stay was amazing and would deffo recommend to others and stay again! "
