Bidwell Park is right outside your front door! Room to spread out, relax on the decks, enjoy the jetted bathtub, or turn on the Ultra HD 72" TV. Ready to explore? Downtown Chico, Chico State, and Sierra Nevada Brewery are minutes away, or enjoy gorgeous Bidwell Park, with plenty of bike trails, walking paths, and swimming holes. Easily accommodates multiple families wanting to explore outdoorsy Chico and stay in spacious comfort.

On The Property: My husband and I live in a separate home on the back of the property. My Art studio separates the two homes. We are quiet and respectful of your privacy, but feel free to say hello or ask us anything during your stay!

Art Events: The Breezeway Art Studio, my studio behind this VRBO home is separately available for rent or for hosting a custom painting experience for you and your group - message me for details if you would like this as part of your time in Chico!

Artsy decor with big comfy furniture
This home is "as advertised"! Artsy with fabulous decor, a great big beautiful kitchen, comfy sofas, and beds with layers of great bedding. Extra blankets for cool nights. When we arrived, the home was warm and toasty inside, and the coffee pot was ready for the morning: great host and a great house. I will rent again next year.

Holiday gathering at Parkside
It was a great house. Only streaming TV which worked out fine. We wished it had a barbeque but we were able to cook hamburgers in cast iron frying pan...location was great. Peaceful quiet older neighborhood.
