Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are located about a 10-minute drive away (3 km) and the city centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, with its own great cultural offerings and shops, is about 7.5 km or an 8-minute drive away. A great advantage of this property is furthermore its proximity to one of the most famous beaches of Spain: about 3 km or a 5-minute drive from the property you will find the gorgeous beach Playa de la Barrosa, which stretches for kilometers down the coast.
