"The property was as pictured. It is a new construction and most everything is new. One problem, the couch sits 3 and there were four of us staying. Richard has ordered a chair. I would recommend that he also put some pictures up on the walls. There was no "personality" to the place. Pictures would help. Also, some wall clocks in the bedrooms and in the living room would be nice. It rained a LOT the days we were there and as a result the lawn did not get mowed. Overall, I would give the place a 9, but only because of the couch and the rooms with no pictures. Any questions I had, were answered quickly by Richard. Thank You, Ted"

"Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this place because of the price—but wow, it totally exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the bed was actually really comfy, and everything just felt cozy and well taken care of. The staff were super chill and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. I had everything I needed—good Wi-Fi, a fridge, microwave, and even some extra towels without having to ask. It’s in a great spot too—close to stuff but still nice and quiet at night. Felt totally safe and relaxed the whole time I was there. If you’re just looking for a solid, affordable place to crash without all the fuss, this motel’s where it’s at. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town."

"We came into town for a barrel race at the fairgrounds and this hotel was very close. Our room was very comfortable and roomy and very clean! There were several options for breakfast, which was good because we had our grandkids with us! Overall, very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay again! "
