"The staff was amazing from front desk check in/out to employees who cleaned the room. Also, we left some items and were notified immediately. We gave them information to have shipped to us. One opportunity item is on the step I. The pool, there is a hole that someone can hurt themselves on. It is next to the rail/assisted bar. This was the reason for the 4 score. "

"Staff is great, room is new and clean. Noisy neighbors, but not hotel's fault, obviously. Closed businesses and sketchy hotel next door with lots of shopping carts. "

"Enjoying the history related to this property. The courtyard is beautiful. The elevators were not working so this created added trips back and forth to the car to unload items. The sink stopper was missing and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and Apologetic about the elevators. "

"I travel for work and stayed at The Establishment for a week. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. Housekeeping was great and came every day. It looked like the pool was open but I did not have time to venture there but it was maintained very well. My only complaint was there was no ice machine that worked. The maintenance guy was above and beyond too would definitely stay again"
