St Pancras - Chichester - a town house that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
St Pancras is nestled in a beautiful row of historic town houses you will be at the heart of our historic cathedral city. Only moments from cobbled streets, boutique shops, restaurants, Chichester Cathedral and gardens as well as the famous Chichester Festival Theatre you will not be short of things to do at this holiday destination. If you fancy travelling further afield Chichester has a train station with direct links to London Victoria and Brighton. During Goodwood events such as The Revival the train station sports regular transport to the festivities so no need for driving unless you have brought your own motor for the show.
The beautifully refurbished cottage has been comfortably furnished to accommodate a family or group travelling together. There is a large widescreen smart television and beautiful furniture to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the beautiful city.
The Pancras is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast including an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and dishwasher. The open plan kitchen and dining space is perfect for entertaining allowing the family to all be together from every aspect of the room. The good-sized dining table is adjacent to the pretty courtyard garden; on a summer's day you might like to open up the doors and enjoy a glass of wine or even some alfresco dining.
If you decide you would rather order in it's worth noting Chichester has Deliveroo bringing an abundance of restaurant food directly to your door.
On the ground floor there is a separate downstairs WC.
On the first floor there is the master king bedroom and a bunkbed room. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Up on the second floor is a further twin bedroom (beds can be made into a double, please request at the time of booking).
Free wifi is included. There is also a parking space for one car at the back of the property.

Wonderful townhome - very walkable!
My husband, two children, and I spent 7 days at this townhome in Chichester. It was in a wonderful location, completely walkable to restaurants, groceries, and the Cathedral. We used it as a jumping off point to visit a lot of South England, it was very centrally located to all the points we visited on our trip. Be aware that the car parking spot is down a very narrow lane, but there is also street parking nearby (restricted during certain hours). All and all, an extremely pleasant visit, would absolutely recommend to others.
I found the St Pancras property while looking to stay near my parents. I’ve lived to Chichester previously and the property is in what I would call a “Goldilocks zone” - walking distance without the hassle of being inside the city walls.
The property itself has serious history - combining an 1800's 2-up, 2-down with a very nice modern refurb and extension. It is light and airy inside, well appointed, very clean and spacious. Beyond the lovely very private garden, there is an off-street parking space for one car in the quite narrow alley around the back - compact 4 door car fitted pretty well with some maneuvering, and overnight/weekend parking out front on St Pancras. Upstairs, comfortable bedroom for mum and dad, a second bedroom with bunk beds, toilet/bath/shower, and upstair again a pair of twin beds in the attic room.
The property is located less than 5mins from the pedestrian city center. Within 1/2mi walking there is great restaurants, pubs, takeaways, a fantastic wine store, great coffee, M+S food and more. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and very safe.
I stayed for almost a week, and enjoyed exercising every day on the local trails out to Bosham, Mundham, and Lavant. It was a perfect base for me visiting one of my parents in hospital, while "working from home", as well as getting out and about in area.
