On the left side, a delightful music room and a cosy downstairs TV room invite relaxation and enjoyment.

The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, making meal prep a breeze. The central island not only enhances the kitchen's functionality but also doubles as a breakfast bar with stools, providing a casual spot for morning coffee or quick meals with loved ones.

Convenience is key with a downstairs toilet and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and an additional fridge. Step outside through the back door to find a lovely garden just a few steps down, an ideal space for outdoor activities or peaceful retreats. Discover a delightful garden featuring a charming patio with a table and chairs, along with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying sunny days! Please keep in mind that the garden's entrance is not gated, so adult supervision is essential for children to ensure their safety.
A convenient pathway runs alongside the garden, leading directly to the parking area at the rear. Although residents may use this path, rest assured that the garden is exclusively reserved for guests of East Pallant House, providing you with a private retreat to unwind and relax during your stay!

Upon your arrival to East Pallant Townhouse, Chichester, we provide a thoughtfully curated welcome pack for our guests. This pack includes an array of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, and more. We also provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and there is hand wash available at each sink.

There is a patio area with table and chairs and BBQ leading to grassed area. Please note the entrance to the garden is not gated and therefore children will need supervision.
A pathway is at the side of the garden which leads to the parking area at the rear of the garden. Residents will use the path to get to and from the building but the garden is for sole use of guests staying at East Pallant House

East Pallant Townhouse, Chichester is situated in a very quiet, residential quarter of Chichester, providing convenient access to a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes right in the heart of Chichester City Centre. Immerse yourself in the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, contemporary art, and rich historical sites, all at your fingertips.

The location of the townhouse offers incredibly convenient access to the South Downs countryside, exciting events at Goodwood and the stunning South Coast. Imagine being just a 20-minute drive away from the beautiful Pagham and Selsey Beaches, and a mere 20-minute drive from the renowned dunes of West Wittering.

The Goodwood Estate is just a 10 minutes drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. There are buses and many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this.

If you fancy a round of golf the Chichester Golf Club is a 12 minute drive away and offers indoor and outdoor adventure golf as well as their tower and cathedral courses for the keen golfer!

Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens offer stunning views of this historic city.

The city walls walk which encircle the Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city.

Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can either walk, bike or take a boat trip through to Chichester Marina.

Pallant Gallery is also a lovely place to visit and is located only a few feet away from the house!

Chichester’s City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, cinema, bowling, arcade games and laser quest.

For a unique experience for your group, enjoy a truly fascinating vineyard tour at one of the two wonderful local Vineyards nearby. Ashling Park & Tinwood vineyards both take you deep into the vineyards for a totally immersive experience. Then back to their tasting rooms to get stuck into some delicious wines.

If you enjoy walking, hiking and cycling you’ll love the picturesque coastal routes that offer breath-taking views of Chichester Harbour. Additionally, there are numerous country routes nearby that provide an opportunity to explore the stunning South Downs National Park.

Chichester train station offers connections to London Victoria in just 90 minutes, and once you arrive, there are plenty of places to explore on local bus routes.
