a beautiful annex set only minutes from Selsey waterfront Caedwalla House Annex is the perfect base for a holiday at the seaside. Selsey offers beautiful walks, local shops, restaurants and cafes. Selsey is perhaps most famous for its lifeboat station and beach, making it a very popular destination in the summer months. With great local amenities you can base yourself here for the whole week or travel further afield to West Wittering, Arundel and Chichester only twenty minutes away. Chichester train station boasts fantastic links too with a train going straight to London Victoria, Brighton and Salisbury.
Caedwalla House Annex has excellent parking facilities with a driveway and on road parking. There are two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Bedroom one is a large bedroom with a super king bed overlooking the beautiful view of the garden and horse field and the second bedroom has a small double bed (4ft 6) which can squeeze 2 people to make it extra cosy. There is a large modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to effectively self cater during your stay (while not out at one of the many local eateries of course!), including kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster.
Caedwalla House Annex has a shared garden but includes a lovely outdoor seating area for guests, it is the perfect spot to dine or enjoy a glass of bubbly on a warm summers evening.

Into the countryside to the Southdowns National Park with its variety of English villages, the famous Weald and Downland Open Air museum and glorious Goodwood.We are a five minute walk from the sea and an array of independent shops and eateries in Selsey. Nearby coastal walks include the Medmerry and the Pagham Nature reserves both magnets for birdwatchers. We have folders containing detailed information regarding days out, local eateries and the history of Selsey.
