"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"We had an amazing 3 days/2 nights away at The Old Rectory which was perfectly facilitated by Sarah and her fantastic property. There was plenty of space to do whatever we wanted - swim in the pool, play table tennis in the games room, play boules and walk the dogs in the grounds, have nice dinners in the kitchen and dining room and play games in one of the three lounges. "The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ? The table in kitchen was tacky to the touch, with stains. Parts of cooker was greasy. Also importantly; the pics are NOT a true depiction of the size of the property.
