-Laundry machines are located in the basement, shared with the rooftop event space.
- No unregistered guests allowed on property.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property.

Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
-If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
-If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
-Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Wow what an incredible stay. The location simply can’t be beat. 3 friends and I spent a long weekend in Wriglyville going to baseball games and all we had to do was walk across the street.

Perfect Location
The location was amazing and the host very accommodating. The place was clean and decorated nicely. It was a little too warm when we were trying to sleep and we couldn't really cool it off to our liking. Not a major issue and didn't hamper our stay at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Place
This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!

All I can say is WOW
Beautiful inside and out. Fantastic property manager. Wrigley hustle and bustle is worth every penny. Steps away are where players park and kids can get autographs. We loved it so much we extended our stay. For the true Cubbie fan! We hope to stay again next year!

Amazing condo in the heart of Wrigleyville!
Although we only stayed two nights at Wrigley view we had an amazing time! This condo is in a perfect location with restaurants/bars right around the corner as well as during baseball season you are directly across the street from left field! This place was spotless and had sucj a cool vibe to it as it is Cubs/baseball themed throughout! This from a Cardinals fan!! Checkin was seamless as was checkout! Don’t let the fire station next door fool you, we could not hear the sirens unless we were in the living room and even then it was faint as the CFD did not turn their sirens on until they were a block away! Highly recommend this awesome condo!! We will definitely look to reserve again the next time we are in town!

Ultimate Wrigley experience
An incredible location and environment. From lunch on the balcony the ball park was in arms reach. The neighborhood was walkable with lots to see in the shade of the tree lined streets. The interior matched the photos, it was like living inside Wrigley! It is also convenient to the sights of Chicago. We’d return in a minute. The info booklet was so helpful to get acquainted with the area quickly. Thank you Tara very much.

Cubs game and so much more!
We recently stayed here while visiting my nephew. The location is incredible- so many great places to eat, extremely walkable and just a stones throw from Wrigley! We were able to take in all of the sites before the game and enjoy the excited fans from both sides take in the historic park. Catching rides- whether it be Uber/lyft, bikes or scooters was very easy from the location. Now for the place- extremely clean, great communication, well appointed with extra pillows, linens and towels. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The view from the patio has left lasting impressions on my teenage sons who will soon be too old or busy (😔) to travel with us. This was everything and more than I expected. Thank you for sharing your place with others to enjoy and make lasting memories.
