Overall, really enjoyed my stay here. Had the King spa room and the tub was absolutely phenomenal. Bed was super comfy, and the view was outstanding. Only downside was housekeeping was inconsistent, but any issues were quickly remedied. It is right above the L so it is constantly noisy but that is to be expected in the loop.

Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in early at no additional fee. unfortunately, they would not allow us to check out later than 12 PM which is still later than the average checkout time. The room with the riverfront view was amazing. Went to sleep to the city night lights and woke up to the sunrise. The big tub was great, shower water pressure was strong. The robes super soft. Everything was perfect. Location was great as well close to everything!

This is a great hotel with unbelievably good location right in the heart of Chicago. We enjoyed everything from amazingly clean rooms and great service. The only thing to improve is the availability of spa (which is currently renovated) otherwise it was awesome
