I’m very responsive. We live in the building, so we can help as things pop up. We let the guests do their own thing though and only interact with them in person when needed.
I send more details with the welcome packet, but you’re central to all of the city. Good food and drinks nearby. You can be to most attractions in under 10 min. Easy access to public transportation.
There's free street parking that's first come, first serve. Most of the time we're able to park within 500 feet of the door, but if it's super busy, you might have to park a short block or two away. If that happens, feel free to throw on your flashers and drop bags in the unit before parking.
You're a 3 minute walk from the Chicago blue line stop, which runs direct to O'Hare Airport. From Midway Airport, you could take the orange line into the city and then exchange at Clark/Lake to the blue line for 2 stops to get to the Chicago blue line stop.
The blue line and 56/66 buses can get you to plenty of exciting spots in the city! The Salt Shed is just down the street, about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive.
We love this area of the city! We've lived in the same building in another apartment for the past 4 years, and fall more in love with the area every day. It's got a great neighborhood-y feel yet is right in the thick of everything.
The rental unit has its own private entrance, so you'll have plenty of privacy and will enjoy a calm and quiet escape from all the excitement and energy happening not far from your front door.

Very close to the Chicago Blue line stop. Also close to the 56 and 66 bus lines.
