The most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed at, DO NOT RENT!!!
100% DO NOT RECOMMEND staying at this property. I’m not even sure how VRBO ever allowed this to be a listing on their site. What a shame! The unit was filthy, sticky dirty floors, hair and dirt everywhere. I can’t even explain the way the unit smelled upon entry. The bathtub was dirty and had hair and stuff in it. There were no blankets in the beds, no towels, and less than 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper. The “living room space” was a bunch of fold up chairs, fold up card tables and a tv plopped on top. The arrival and check in experience was terrible, we had to “meet” to get a key and be shown into the unit. Terrible,terrible experience. After reach out from the host that night I heard nothing back until the next morning where they assured me a box of towels, toilet paper and such would be placed outside the unit (it was not) This unit was not even remotely close to what was advertised and I knew upon renting it that I wasn’t expecting a 5 star resort, but I NEVER expected it to be that horrible. I have escalated all my issues regarding my stay with avrbo directly as well.

The floors were sticky and the bathroom had something on the wall and bathtub which could have been anything from spilled medicine to blood, and a dirty bathtub. There were no coffee filters (but a coffee maker and coffee). There was no wifi code available in the apartment so we had to text the host, who responded quickly. There was only one roll of toilet paper (for 7 people), no spares, not enough towels, pillows, and blankets. There wasn’t a fitted sheet in at least one of the bedrooms, just a flat sheet badly tucked in. And finally, to get to one of the bedrooms you had to walk through one of the other bedrooms, and the door to it was very creaky. This place could be nice, but it would take some effort. And coffee filters.

The space is a second story apartment of a duplex. Check in is odd as they just leave a key behind a statue in front of the building. Not very secure. However, the area felt safe. Upon arrival there were no sheets or towels. We communicated this with the host the next day and they were quick to respond and rectify the issue. If you are looking for many beds on a budget as we were. It will do the job, but do not expect much more.
