My unit was very nice and more than perfect for my needs. It was spacious and quiet. There is little going on in the area in the evenings which I found a bit unnerving as an older adult. You know - there's safety in numbers!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a fantastic stay at Sonder Chicago West Loop during my business trip! The location was perfect for meetings, and I loved having the extra space. The studio felt more like an apartment—super clean, spacious, and well-appointed with stylish decor. The kitchen was fully stocked and well-maintained, making the stay even more comfortable. The reception area was great for getting work done before check-in, and the luggage room lockers were a huge plus. The app-based entry system was incredibly convenient—made everything seamless. Only minor note: some street noise in my unit facing the road, but nothing too disruptive. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely return!

The hotel location is pretty good, there’s a lot of stuff within walking distance and the area felt safe. The property was a little strange because there’s no front desk staff. The room was mostly nice/clean but I found a live cockroach in the bathroom on my last day there.

Amazing customer service! I didn’t get the email to start the process of being able to get into the apartment and stayed on the phone until I got my codes. They don’t have front desk so that was very helpful, he made sure I’d be able to get into the apartment. Getting to the hotel was simple and easy.
