Cozy Roscoe retreat
As past residents of the area, we wanted to be near the cafes, restaurants and quaint boutiques. The location could not be beat! We enjoyed the layout of the unit with the kitchen , 2 large bedrooms and comfy living space for our family. Highly recommended, we hope to be back!

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked to Wrigley Field to watch a couple games. The accommodation is super close to hop onto the train to get us downtown and to the airport. Great neighborhood. Bartolommeo Pizza just around the corner, excellent pizza. The suite is exactly as it is in the photos. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

LOVE the location
Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you!

Apartment was just as described! Easy to get into with directions, in a very cute neighborhood. Walking distance to the Brown line and several good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with easy access to the city.

A super wonderful apartment . Clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was perfect for hot days in Chicago. We felt very much at home and the location was perfect. A nice get away for me and my son
The property worked well for me and my son. The two of us were visiting Chicago and we both enjoyed the neighborhood and the accommodations. One night, we just hung out on the comfy couch and bought food from the nearby Trader Joes to eat at home. Place felt cozy.

Roscoe Village is a wonderful, safe, family oriented neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and shops a block away. CTA bus and rail stops are within 2 blocks. The residence is on the 3rd floor, but extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would stay here again.

OTR- great location centrally located near shops and good restaurants are steps away. The free tram met our needs, we never had to utilize our vehicle. The property is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. We will stay at this location in the future!
