Note: There are stairs to access the third floor apartment. We do not have elevators.
The apartment's open floor plan consists of a general living area with a sofa that has a pull out bed and a dining area for 6 people. The living room is perfect for lounging and watching TV on our 55" smart TV. There are also games for our guests to play which include Jenga, Uno and a deck of playing cards. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all of your cooking needs.
The 1st bedroom (front) has a Queen bed and a closet for guests to store and/or hang clothes. In addition, there is a large private desk to study or work. The 2nd bedroom (middle) has a Queen bed and a large walk in closet that guests can also store and/or hang clothes. There is also a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
The 3rd bedroom (back) has a King bed and has a private on-suite bathroom which is equipped with a bidet. This bathroom also offers a spa shower as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.
Accessible from the 3rd bedroom, there is a patio with a grill that our guests can use as well as access to our rooftop deck with scenic views of the city.
Our apartment is great for families with children, business travelers and groups, couples, or visiting parents/grandparents. Enjoy the entire apartment situated on a residential street with a private parking space upon request. We want you to feel at home and enjoy the space. We recently updated with quartz counters, custom cabinetry and refinished floors. We want to ensure everyone who stays feels like they are at home and can easily settle in, so we provide the following amenities to our guests:
- Our cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including hospital grade disinfectant.

- Smart TV with streaming options (Youtube, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ and more)
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, Keurig machine, tea kettle, rice cooker and blender
- Our apartment is FULLY STOCKED with amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, Method Cleaning supplies, hand soap, sponges, dish soap, common seasonings and Olive Oil.
- Our newly renovated kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese grater, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

- For parent's traveling with an infant/toddler, we have a bassinet, playpen, highchair and dinnerware available. These items are available at all times at no additional fee. Upon request, we can have these items set up prior to guest arrival.
Our guests will also experience a seamless check-in. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique code to enter into the building and apartment smart lock key pads for easy access. Guests will check-in on their own and will not require any assistance or in-person interaction.

Guest have access to the entire apartment as well as rooftop deck. Guests can also request to park in a private spot behind our building.

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs can be difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
We have a STRICT NO PET POLICY. If you have a service dog that needs to travel with you or one of your guests, please let us know. We ask guests to submit verification paperwork for the service dog as well.
Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use this property for events/parties are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be cancelled.
Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.
Overall, parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. Always be sure to read all posted signs prior to parking anywhere to avoid being ticketed or towed. Parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz can be used to find and book parking spots ahead of time, especially downtown.
