We strive to make your stay with us as great as possible and in order to ensure that we exceed your expectations we have some rules that will make sure your visit goes smoothly.
****WE DO NOT LIKE LEAVING A LAUNDRY LIST OF TASKS TO COMPLETE SO WE JUST ASK TO TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT IS YOURS!!****
-Take care of our space and the items within it. When you arrive, we ask that you REMOVE YOUR SHOES when entering the apartment to avoid damaging the floors, rugs or carpet. During your stay treat our home as if it’s your own, do not damage anything within the unit. Do not leave food out without proper containment because it will attract insects.
-Prior to your departure, do your best to tidy up by throwing garbage in the waste bin.
-Keep track of your keys please. Losing the keys that you will be provided could cause a host of issues and potentially put a damper on your trip. Please do your best to know where they are at all times.
-No partying!!!. We have strict rules against partying in our apartment and having guests that are unaccounted for when making the reservation. We do not accept reservations for people intending to host bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or any other kind of party. If there is any evidence of smoking in or around the apartment, illicit drug use, excessively loud noise after 10 PM, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately without refund. We have a very good relationship with our neighbors and intend to keep it that way which means noise levels must be controlled so they are not disturbed. They will notify me if there is any evidence of these activities occurring during your stay. If we find any evidence of smoking in the apartment we will assess a minimum $300 fee to restore the apartment to its previously smoke-free condition.
