The apartment is well furnished and clean. Perfect for a home base when we were visiting family who live in the neighborhood. You can’t beat the dining scene in logan square. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Great spot
The spot was just as described and the hosts were very accommodating. Quiet location, yet walkable to many places. Highly recommend staying here. One suggestion for the hosts and guests is to leave a few windows slightly open to improve ventilation.

Best Chicago apartment ever!!!!
10/10 place 10/10 host 10/10 cleanliness and comfort The location was tucked into a quiet neighborhood, but only a two block walk from amazing restaurants and bars. Also very close to the train! Would happily stay there next time we’re in Chicago.

We loved our stay here! The space was just right for a weekend with our four person group. Nice, quiet street. Parking was easy. Space was cute and cozy. We will definitely stay here again when in Chicago!

A lovely and well-located home!

Great spot and short walk to Logan Park farmers mkt on Sunday which is fantastic!!
Not the cheap quality stuff I have become used to at these short term rentals. Fantastic location for young (nightlife) and old like me.

Perfect for our family
The apartment was perfect for our family including lots of room for our 2 teenagers to spread out and relax. It was very clean and easily accessible to the blue line transit to downtown and O”Hare. There were many great restaurants nearby and our host was super responsive. We’d love to stay again.

Great Stay
The apartment was very clean and hospitable! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Instructions were very clear. Our host left us a nice booklet with activity and restaurant recommendations as well. Easy access to the freeway and Blue line. There is a farmers market on Sunday which was a lovely perk during our stay.

Fun Girls Weekend in Logan Square
We had a wonderful stay in Logan Square. Everything was as described and our hostess Caitlin was very accommodating. She recommended lots of fun local spots to check out and even brought us a space heater when we got a little chilly downstairs. We really couldn't have asked for a nicer place to call home for a couple of days. Thank you!

Caitlin was great as a host. Provided what was needed but largely anticipated what was needed so little need to contact her during the stay. Property was clean, cool, and dehumidified. Fairly close to Blue Line and on-street parking available if desired. I booked because of other positive reviews, and now I can second those reviews. Great place to rent for a stay.

Anniversary get away
The property is really nice. Lower level 2 bedroom. Everything very clean. Caitlin was very efficient and welcoming with a nice card (and candle) along with a couple suggestions. Bed we used was comfortable. Location is great for both getting to Wrigleyville, as we did, or to downtown. Only problem could be if you are over 6ft tall the ceiling is a little low.

Great Location and Near Many Amenities
Property location was in a established neighborhood that was clean and quiet. Only parking was on the street, but was available. Unit was well decorated and was in the basement of the house but was still accessible and did not feel cramped. Could not find a thermostat in the unit but temperature was not an issue. That would be something to consider in very cold/hot times of the year. Overall, a very good experience.

Great Location / Just What You Need
We came to Chicago with our 3 young kids for a summer vacation. The accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for, which is a place to sleep and recuperate between excursions around the city. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there were basics such as coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc available if you didn’t bring your own. Our favorite part was the location. You are in walking distance of dozens and dozens of different restaurants and shops. Every place we ate at was fantastic, and we walked to all of them. The neighborhood felt safe and active; lots of people out and about at all times, even nighttime. If you’re looking for constructive comments I’d say that it isn't set up for cooking as there is limited silver ware, utensils, and counter space for that matter. You can do it, just not set up well for it. For us this wasn’t a problem as eating all the Chicago food staples was part of our plan. Also, bring your own wine glasses if you want to drink wine out of actual wine glasses (I didn’t care but I know some do). Overall, we had a great experience in Chicago and our VRBO was part of that. Would for sure stay here again if we’re coming back to Chicago.

Feeling we were staying with family
Let’s start saying that the apartment is exactly like is described. We stayed for 5 nights and Caitlin make our stay a super duper experience. When we arrived she had cold beverages for us in the fridge and water besides two different types of coffee. The kitchen is cozy but is well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals ( salt, pepper, oil were provided) Our group was comfortable eating together and having conversations in the dining set they provided. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses very comfortable. We really felt we were staying with family because they were anticipating any need we can have: extra blankets, a heater for my early parents ( we were lucky temperatures decreased in Summer) , directions for city attractions, recommendations for supermarkets and restaurants, logs for the fire pit , etc. I wish they were my neighbors at home They are super hostess The place is immaculate clean and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We parked our car and we use the public transportation to go everywhere!!!! I highly recommend this place. For sure we will come back when we will return to Chicago. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Perfect Logan Square apartment
We had a terrific stay at here. The apartment was sparkly clean. The linens were like new. The bed was comfortable and cozy. It’s a basement apartment but you don’t feel “underground” at all. It’s light and airy, laid out well with plenty of living space. It’s on a quiet residential block and conveniently located for public transportation and walking to restaurants. Caitlin checked in with us just the right amount—to be sure the temperature was right (it was) and if we needed anything (we didn’t). We didn't end up cooking (so many places to eat at), but the kitchen has everything you need. My husband and I were visiting friends and family. We had moved from Logan Square to Brooklyn just 5 months earlier, so we didn’t need recommendations, but Caitlin was available if we needed. We hope to make this our regular spot when we come back to our old neighborhood.

My husband and I just stayed for 3 nights at this fabulous two bedroom apartment and loved it! Our host, Cait, made sure we were comfortable. She checked in on us a couple of times to see if there was anything additional she could do or if we needed help with any suggestions. She was a gracious, thoughtful host. The apartment itself was perfect, cozy and in a lovely neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. We would happily stay there again. Highly recommend!!!
