This was a reservation from HELL. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Do not book! Check in instructions on the site state you will receive 48 hours before. I called to ask for them, they said 24 hours. 24 hours passed and nothing. I called and they said 8 or 9pm the day before. Received nothing. Booked another place because I figured this was a scam. I received the instructions at 12:30AM. THE DAY OF THE BOOKING! Good thing the other place let me cancel, free or charge. They say they have wifi, but they don't. On the check in instructions it gives you what to search for, that doesn't even pop up. Then you ask for help and they send you other instructions and it STILL doesn't work. Asked one last time and they responded with "Okay, thanks for letting me know." We tried watching Netflix, but we needed a pin to download the app. Ask the property for the pin and they asked to come in person. We said no. They asked if they had permission to enter to unit while we were gone and we said NO. When we came back to the apartment, the Netflix app was downloaded. The only way for that to happen was if someone from the property came in while we were gone and put in the pin. Totally unacceptable. I would not book here ever again. A lot of the furniture was damaged too. No filtered water either. The price may look right, but trust that get what you pay for.
