Our River West condo is in the perfect location: minutes to the Loop, and in
an exciting, historic neighborhood. We're just north of the West Loop, too, so
it's an easy ride or walk to go grab a drink or dinner. And we're just steps
from a Blue line stop, so getting to and from O'Hare is a breeze. The 2 full
baths is ideal for traveling with groups of friends, family, or coworkers, and
seeing the best of what Chicago has to offer!
General Policies:
Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs – We’re unable to accommodate early check-
ins or late check-outs. If you need extra time, consider booking an additional
night.
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of any of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1\. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the
property. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police will not be
tolerated.
2\. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter
the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3\. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM
- 8:00 AM.
4\. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by
the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the
building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500
remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any
entrance.
6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost
keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7\. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left
behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check
all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
By completing your reservation, you agree to all policies and rules stated
