There were holes patched up in the wall, the tub looked dirty, water drained slowly in shower/tub. Parking overnight in building was outrageously expensive (50$) a night. Elevators took forever and there was often a line to get into them. On last day water was shut off. Hated communicating with a bot. Would never stay here again.

Kasa was a nice place to stay while visiting Chicago for a weekend. It was clean and close to transportation and other attractions. However, a downside is that there are no black out curtains/shades in the apartment so it is very bright in the morning. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We were in a nice downtown area. We heard sirens as well as the hourly bells from the cathedral across the street. One issue was that the bathtub next to the master bedroom did not drain well.

Refreshing change from hotel room for a downtown stay. Able to do my laundry and cook meals for myself. Enjoyed the Smart elevators usage in this high rise building. Price was comparable to 5*hotel in the same location.

Everything was very good from check in to check out. Carpet in the lobby where our room was could have used some vacuuming. Also, would like to have had a TV in the bedroom as well. At least the master bedroom. Again, not to take away from the stay as we would definitely book again.

Kasa is located in a luxury apartment building. Our space was affordable, close to the redline, shopping, dining, etc. The space was really comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for a weekend trip!

I would definitely come back here again!! It was a perfect size for my and my girls and a PERFECT location in the city. The ONLY complaint I have is that the blinds were broken so we couldn’t close them fully and the screen door for the sliding door was broken as well. Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience
