This is my third stay at this hotel for business purpose. The staff is and has always been very pleasant and accommodating, I highly recommend this hotel for a preferred choice of lodging as it rates better than some high end hotels that I have not been as pleased with thus the reason I continue to return!

The hotel itself was very nice. However, I was advertised a room with 2 beds and only received one. When I inquired about this, the man with brown hair and a beard and glasses refused to sell me another room even though more where available. He then offered a rollaway bed only to say later that they never had them. When confronted he was very rude and flustered. He doesn’t need to be working front desk if he is going to lie like that and be rude when confronted. Other staff were nice, however, and the room we did have was nice and clean.

Unique having a hotel in the middle of a shopping mall. The layout of this hotel is not convenient for elderly, as there is only one elevator for guests and it's at the very end of the long strip of rooms. There also wasnt a staircase available for regular use, nor a second entrance in the middle or at the other end. I booked a room next to my grandma but they gave me one a floor above. I had to walk the entire length of the hotel, wait for the elevator, then walk the length of the hotel again to get to her. I also didn't find any late night dining/drinks within walking distance on a Friday. Everything closed by 10 or 11pm. This place would be great for daytime activities and dining. All in all the stay and staff were fantastic. Hearty breakfast too.

The check in person was extremely rude. She asked if she could help me then she proceeded to take care of another guest who needed a crib. Then she began to help again and stopped to speak to security about a van that was parked. She finally checked me in. My husband accidentally put his key card against his phone and she proceeded to chastise him about her effort to issue another key. Her name was Maggie.

My room was at the end of a very long hallway. some accommodation should be made for seniors. Thermostat did not work Office chair did not adjust height Breakfast was terrible which demonstrates owners' lack of caring for their guests

Nice new property. The $25 charge to check in before 4 pm was unnecessary (I understand if the room isn’t clean yet, never heard of any other property doing this). The hotel had a strange smell but the room was huge and comfortable. The surrounding area had plenty to offer as far as food and stores. Staff was kind.

Keys drove us a little crazy. I understand the keys, are sensitive to electronics--they are wiped clean if they are near an iphone. We tried to keep keys away from our iphones, but who doesn't eventually put key in same pocket as an iphone. Ours didn't work several times and we had to return to the desk to update the keys. Only annoying part of otherwise excellent stay.
