Welcome to Chicago! We're thrilled you're considering our home for your trip. Our Chicago brick home, adjacent to a beautiful park, was originally built in the 1890's and just undertook a nearly half a million dollar renovation project.

West town is centrally located being just west of downtown Chicago and close to just about everything.
-2 miles straight down Chicago Ave to the Magnificent Mile
-4 miles to Wrigley Field
-6 miles to Guaranteed Rate Stadium
-5 miles to Soldier Field
-2 miles to United Center
-A half mile walk to the Blue Line "L" train
-Just steps from Chicago's super hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife on Chicago and Division streets.
Everything in our home is high end and new for your enjoyment. Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf double oven with griddle, Grohe fixtures throughout. 10 foot ceilings, New wood floors and cabinets. The home is approximately 4000 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with 4 levels of living space. Each level above ground has its own 175 sq ft deck off the back for outdoor entertaining and a beautiful spiral staircase that goes all the way up.

My family and I spent 5 months living in the home and outfitting it with hotel like amenities, trying to think of anything and everything that a discerning traveler like yourself could possibly need. New couches and all new furniture, new high quality linens, organic or natural mattresses and bedding and the home was very thoughtfully decorated and stocked with every convenience item imaginable.

Don't rent a condo or in a high-rise where you need to deal with neighbors. This is truly your very own oasis right in the middle of the city.

** A note about extra guest fee's. 6 guests are included in the per night price, its $79 per person per night thereafter. The reason for this is the higher cost incurred from larger groups. The costs are higher in electricity, gas, water, consumables, wear and tear on the home and insurance liability. Thanks for your understanding.

We stayed for the weekend with College girl friends it was a great home to cook and relax. Lots of new restaurants in the area and easy to get downtown via Uber or we took the city bikes. Rooms are big and comfortable

Graduation Weekend
Our stay could not have been better! Lovely house with fantastic parking; comfortable beds; stunning kitchen; super washer and dryer; lots of towels, etc. We lacked for nothing. We had a busy weekend schedule and were so happy to come home to our rental at the end of each day. It was the icing on the cake to a wonderful weekend. Would highly recommend!

First of all what an amazing house. Four stories, grand common areas, multiple TV rooms, 10 beds, three balconies connected by a spiral staircase. Everything was spotless, the soaps and shampoos as well as the plates and silverware was fully stocked. On top of all that, the manager is incredibly chill. He really does just care about renters having the best experience. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Great house!
We loved this house! It was bigger than we needed so we all had our own floor! It was equipped with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The stairs are steep so be mindful of who will be staying upstairs…going to the top floor is not for the faint of heart! The top floor was was very warm this week…but most of the country is under an excessive heat warning. I would love to go back in the spring or fall and be able to take advantage of the decks also.

Perfect for families and small groups!
Great house for your Chicago stay. Everything is very well maintained and we had no issues whatsoever. We made breakfast every morning....the kitchen is very well stocked with all of the items needed for cooking. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice as well and there is even a downstairs mini suite that has a small kitchenette area. Would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Chicago.

Though seemed like just an added expense glad I paid for insurance. Too many restrictions including not using kitchen counters. They need to seal the island so the kitchen can be used without stress. Needs toilet paper holders.

Wedding in Chicago!
We feel so fortunate to have found this incredible house! There living spaces were large enough for everyone and we all had plenty of privacy. The finishes were gorgeous and beds and furniture all comfortable! There were plenty of towels, extra linens, puzzles, dishes and just about everything we needed - bring your hairdryer! Note the microwave is in the lower level (not in main kitchen if you need one). My daughter and her husband drove so the garage was such a great bonus. The only thing I would note is that the stairs going to the 2nd floor are a bit difficult for older people to navigate (curved and not a full, continuous handrail). I read the stairs to the third floor were tough but not the second. My 90 year old dad was with us and did fine but I was a bit nervous about him. Erik was quick to communicate and very accommodating. The early check in was also appreciated. The home really met our needs and we would definitely rent it again!

Beautiful 5BR and 4 1/2 bath apartment, with a double garage. Extensive kitchen made cooking for 8 easy. Location was good. Walkable to restaurants and pubs and such. Easy Uber anywhere else. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out and not worry about someone else's snoring.

AMAZING PROPERTY
This house is amazing in every way. It has three floors (plus main floor) with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. It has a massive dining room table and kitchen, so you can all gather and eat together. The beds are extremely comfortable & all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. It thunder-stormed on the last night of our stay and we cozied up on the back porch and watched the storm roll in. The garage was also an extra perk to park our car in so it felt safe and not parked on the street. The check in process was simple and the check out duties are fair and simple. The neighborhood is clean and safe. It’s walking distance to other neighborhoods close by (Wicker Park, Noble Square, West Town) and coffee shops & some restaurants. It’s an easy 25 minute uber to downtown. Erik is an awesome host and communicates quickly. Would recommend 10/10 and stay here again!

We were two families staying with young kids for a long weekend. The property is very convenient, it’s beautiful, and it easily slept six of us without any problem. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The house has everything you could need for a weekend or longer. We loved it!
