Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient apartment. Close to everything!

Beautifully designed space. Very relaxing layout with all the amenities of home. Minutes from Oak Park Arts district. A quick 3 minute walk to public transportation or a major highway to access downtown Chicago or all that Oak Park has to offer. We are a couple of blocks away from 2 parks. There is a public golf course 5 minutes from the unit. We are close to many restaurants and North Riverside shopping mall is only 10 minutes away! There are stairs to the 2nd floor so if you have challenges going up stairs I suggest you consider a more accessible unit. We look forward to your stay! Welcome home.

The apartment was great! Large area, two bedrooms on opposite sides of apartment (so some privacy if you were two couples). Kitchen is reasonably well stocked and hosts communicated everything clearly.

Lots of room, near the "L"
Lots of space. Two bedrooms, living room, dining room. Nice shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood was nice. I parked my car on Friday and didn't need it until I left on Monday. The Blue line train is less than a five minute walk.

Beautiful Older Oak Park Apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was nicely decorate, the couch was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean (the whole apartment was). It was just street parking which was fine. And it was in a great location as it was near the expressway. The only thing that makes this a 4 and not a 5 is the stairs to the apartment. They are extremely shallow and narrow. If you have any sort of mobility issues, I don't think I would recommend this listing. If that isn't a problem for you, then this is an excellent choice. Thank you!

Great stay in Oak Park
We enjoyed our stay at Dwayne's place. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and so close to everything! Great neighborhood with fun places to eat and shop nearby. The Blue Line is just steps away if you want to explore more.

Good centralized place to stay during National Sports Card Show.
Nice property. Good central location to downtown Chicago and to the Rosemont center Where the sports card show was. Slept and provided space for the three of us very comfortably. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment near Chicago
We booked this place for a long weekend with the intention of leaving the car in Oak Park and taking the train into town. This apartment is in the perfect location - easy walking distance to the blue line. The apartment itself has been renovated and is very upscale. We were impressed with the place. We will be booking again!

Great place!
This place is super close to the Blue line station. Very convenient to only have to walk a few minutes to get to the train. The place was clean and full of comfy, premium furniture. No complaints!!

Pleasant Stay in Charming Apartment
Highly recommended. The property was tastefully decorated, clean, supplied and comfortable. We found it as it was described, the stairs to the upper apartment, indeed would not accommodate anyone with a handicap or very elderly. We enjoyed our stay visiting family and seeing sights in Chicago. Parking is a little tricky but our host was kind and a good communicator. We would definitely stay there again.

House was as pictured, maybe even seemed bigger than I expected. 3 minute walk to the blue line was nice. Easy in and out of the city. (About 30 min train ride to down town) Neighborhood seemed nice. Walked to a restaurant Taqueria Los Altos De Jal which I would definitely recommend checking out if you stay here. The food was delicious. Overall, I’d stay here again while visiting Chicago. Also took a drive to Indiana Dunes National Park from here and it was an easy hour drive.

Chicago Stay
We had an enjoyable stay in the property, which was very clean and comfortable. The stairs to the 2nd floor unit are fairly narrow, but we were able to manage ok. The property was a short 3-minute walk to a CTA Blue Line L-train and buses. We used public transit for our entire stay. An artsy area is located withing walking distance. We took the bus to get groceries.

Under-rated listing - DO IT!
For our group, we LOVED this property. We were here for a sports events, as a team of 4. The space is certainly excellent for short to medium term stays. Bedrooms and living space are bigger than they appear. We had 2 in one room, 1 in another, and 1 on heavy sleeper on the couch. All were happy. Excellent table for the board games we brought - warning, we were butts and didn't realize at first how much sound could travel to downstairs on a weeknight (telestrations at 1030pm can get loud apparently!) . Once we realized, we re-adjusted and all was fine and easy. Super embarrassed and happy to accommodate. Plenty of room in kitchen if needed. Shower pressure was great.. I didn't try but roomies were confused on coffee machine. Wifi was great. Code locks were easy. Only other comment is that if you're driving in, it's not clear in the listing that you need to be off the street 8-10 on weekdays (only reason online listing is a 4/5), no matter what. That worked OK for us, given our sports and brunch schedule, but may not work for others. Great value for the place. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Spot to Stay
This was a great little space to stay at in the Chicago area. The pictures look just like the place, super clean and ready to go. Big enough to spread out and relax if we had another couple or kids. Check in/check out was very easy. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Cozy Apartment
This is the top floor of a two story house. It was close to everything we needed. And the main bedroom had a very comfy bed! I loved having a window in the shower as well. Great place!
