Where do I even get started. When we first checked into the hotel, the room smelled like smoke—the smell was very terrible and my young daughter is supposed to stay in the hotel with me too. On top of that, the AC was not working at all! At 12:30 am, we called the front desk and reported this because we could not sleep at all, they moved us to a new room at like 1 am. This new room also had a broken AC, but we didn’t call the front desk because we had given up on this cause and we had a six hour drive first thing in the morning the next day so we didn’t bother to switch rooms again. We got no sleep and we have to drive all the way to Minnesota tomorrow so the best thing we can do is get up and have breakfast, but no that turned out worse!! When we booked the hotel room, we paid an additional cost to have breakfast included, but when my daughter and I went over to the breakfast area in the hotel. The so-called “breakfast area” said they don’t provide breakfast with the hotel stay and we need to pay for it again. I walked over to the front desk lady and she confirmed that we indeed did pay for breakfast so she told the woman working at the breakfast area to give us hotel breakfast for two. The same lady who refused to give us breakfast gave us a little sheet with the included breakfast menu after the front desk lady told her too. We ordered from it and they refused to give us half the stuff we ordered and said we have to pay extra so we just took what they gave us. Worst stay!!
