"The hotel provides shuttle service to Disneyland, which was the main reason we picked it. The room was clean, furniture and facilities are quite new and well maintained, love the few USB ports provided for charging devices. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that when we asked one of the receptionists if they provide luggage delivery service or knew where to find, he said no straight away. "My daughter in law and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent with Japanese and western choices. The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful; especially at night, and the staff were very helpful. Easy to get to the Disneyland tram with a bus from our hotel. Our room was a bit dated, but it was clean the beds were comfortable- it was a great value!"
