"I have stayed here many times now and am always happy, safe, and comfortable here. Breakfast is good and the lady working there in the morning is very accommodating to requests. Front desk personnel are also outstanding. Location very good and one street away from activity so much quieter than other nearby hotels. It's not a 5-star hotel so have reasonable expectations. Very good value for the money. Highly recommend."

"When I arrived the only person there was a Thai lady who spoke little English; I showed her my Hotels.com booking # and she said it wasn't in their system. I had booked a deluxe double. I wanted to speak to the manager but she said she was away organizing a wedding and had not checked that day's bookings. The lady herself did not know how to do it. "Habe die Buchung ausgedruckt, war oder bin noch in diesem Gebiet, habe nicht darauf geachtet, es passiert mir zum ersten mal, dass weder Adresse, noch eine Telefonnummer auf der Buchung zu finden war. Es konnte mir auch kein Thailänder in Amphor Phen sagen wo dieses Resort zu finden ist, somit musste meine Frau und ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen! Aber vielleicht bekomme ich ja das Geld zurück? Somit kann ich nur sagen eine schreckliche Erfahrung, über Sauberkeit oder sonstiges kann ich also...
