Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff name Mutita is very rude and refuse to help 1. She is half of the time not at the counter, u have to ring the bell 2. She look always unhappy, always raise her voice like shouting. 3. I asked about some direction to the market, she just simply said: it is very far and I don’t know how to go about the room: There is a Mosquito in the room The bed sheet is dirty Rusted toilet part Dust on the back of the TV The room is right next to the road, Road are very very very noisy Wifi is very very slow
