"The views are sensational, but only 1 plug socket on one side of bed, no bedside tables or lights, the set of stairs to get to the 1st floor rooms were like climbing mount Everest. However the staff were more then helpful. The rooms were cleaned ok, the railings on the balcony were filthy. My girlfriend had to clean. Only 1 chair on balcony. But nice and quiet away from the noise of traffic in town"

"This place is a special stop to add to your trip. The owner is the sweetest person I have met and she will take good care of you. This is not in town so you must contact the owner for a pickup. If you are doing a border crossing have your snacks money etc before staying. But to stay here and enjoy the owners homecooked meals, the quiet of the rice fields and the comforts of these little cabanas is a nice refreshing experience. As a solo traveler this gave me a little piece of "mama" energy...

"Amazing property! Located right on the Mekong River with a river view, the location could not be beat! It was obvious the hotel was barely booked (low season) and we asked for an upgrade, room with a river view. Ours looked out on another cottage and they said yes for an extra charge. They could have easily given us another room as they were so under booked and it would have been a nice gesture. Anyway we said no thank you as it was only one night.
