L hotel è chiuso da Gennaio e quando abbiamo prenotato per fortuna ho scelto di pagare in hotel ... altrimenti sarei stato beffato due volte , economicamente e fisicamente visto il disagio avuto nel trovare la struttura alberghiera chiusa e dovendo cercare a tarda sera una sistemazione ..... un disagio assurdo ...... per cui non posso che esprimere un giudizio negativo ...

Hotel un pò datato ma curato e confortevole, pulito, in zona centrale, con parcheggio privato chiuso da una sbarra automatica. Camera grande con un bagno enorme. Personale gentilissimo dalla Reception ai ragazzi del ristorante, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Consigliatissimo.

Cuscini pessimi , dotazione minimale, frigo staccato ma dentro bottiglietta d’acqua....mobilio decadente in tutto l’hotel... la chiave della stanza aveva un porta chiave da targhetta di ferramenta.... presa in giro la receptionist ha giustificato che i clienti rubano i portachiavi....!

Siamo capitati per caso in questo hotel, centralissimo con parcheggio privato.Ho soggiornato in diversi hotel a Chianciano, questo è sicuramente il top.

Tutto bene tra un particolare. Non si può far pagare 10 euro al giorno per avere un cane di piccola taglia con sé. È se il soggiorno fosse durato 10 gg?

ero cliente dal 1983, dopo anni di chiusura mi attendevo un rinnovo, stesse camere, stessi mobili del 1983, vasca idromassaggio rotta, parcheggio obbligatorio a pagamento, senza ascensore obbliga a scalata lunga e faticosa, garage sporco ed abbandonato. Personale invisibile, la passata cortesia Chiancianese scomparsa, frigo bar vuoto, aria condizionata dopo 4 ore raggiunge la temperatura. Nessuna accoglienza bagagli, sbagliato ingresso non puoi fermarti con l'auto e sei obbligato a farti una salita pazzesca con i bagagli dal garage a piedi e senza aiuto. IO 138 euro non li capisco, non ve ne è ragione.
