One of my favorite place to be, especially in the fall, is the Lavaux region, one of Unesco's world heritage site. The warm colours of the vine leaves, contrasting with the blue of the water and the alps is mesmerizing. There are so many paths leading from one village to the other, you can hike all you want and never get bored! And you can even have a sample of the locally produced wine on the way! #MyBackyard

I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "Location is excellent - stone’s throw from main station and metro station. Room was compact and clean and I slept well each night. There was a coffee capsule machine plus a variety of tea bags. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices to suit all diets. Also, the hotel has a large well-equipped gym on the 1st floor. The hotel provided a transport card - very very useful. Thank you. I will stay here again."
