"We didn't receive our check in details, so had a panicked few minutes when we arrived and couldn't get in. Soon resolved. The lodge is very remote along a narrow, twisty, well used road. Lovely views, hot tub was fab, as were the views You could take bikes as a mile or so is access to the Strawberry line, an off road cycle path. Road quite hazardous though so not suitable for small children on bikes.Nice dog walk as cows not out and it was dry.Swimming pool looked nice but was out of season, so...

"Byemills is a great place to stay.we had such a restful and pleasant stay. Our hosts were brilliant and when there was a brief region wide power cut they were straight to us to ensure we had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to local pubs and a great historical stone circle at Stanton Drew. We loved our stay and made all the more special with it being Christmas. "

"We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this lovely lodge. So impressed with the standard of accommodation. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Plenty of room for lounging together, also having a TV in each room meant you could chill away from the group as well. The wood burner was lovely and we did light it although the lodge was really warm & cosy without it. The outdoor space was perfect especially the hot tub & sun beds. "We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. "We had a really great stay in this Shepherds hut and it had everything we needed. The breakfast bits were a nice touch. The plot is really private and the accommodation is clean and well kept.We also bought a bottle of their own wine, which they kindly delivered at short notice after a text message! Thanks again."
