"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

"Fabulous stay at Redmayne House, a gem in Bristol. I paid for parking at £10 a night which for Bristol is a very good rate, my car is a full EV and Redmayne offered electric car charging at no extra cost!! Absolutely fantastic! The bed was super comfy, the pillows were a joy like perfect sturdy marshmallows and the duvet was just the right mix of warm and snuggly. The best sleep I have had in a long time. "Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

A refuge in a storm

"I booked into the Clayton at Bristol because I couldn't get back to Wales due to Storm Darragh. It was a delight to stay there after a stressful day. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food, friendly and efficient service. As a sole female traveller, I never felt uncomfortable. I slept well, felt refreshed in the morning and was able to continue my onward journey with calm."

"Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
