"We had a lovely short stay at the Gonville. The rooms were clean, well provisioned and had a good size for a couple. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect for getting around central Cambridge! Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the bar very much. The only snag we had was our shower wouldn’t go warm, but the hotel team were quick to assure they would get that fixed straight away! A very lovely service and stay, we would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Free upgrade to a deluxe room and couldn't resist using the roll-top bath! Very helpful reception, including guidance that I could just park on the road outside for free if leaving before 8am rather than paying the £30 fee for a car park a good walk away. Building is a bit of a warren so glad they showed me to my room. "
