"This is a fantastic location to the Dunes or downtown. There is a sand path ( save your paddles,) directly in front allowing you easy access into the Dunes. There is a new ice and water vending station just outside. Very handy and affordable to top-off cooler on your way to the dunes."

"The property is a bit older but it has all you need for a comfortable stay and it’s clean. I think the oldness of the property & room is part of its charm. Usually with outdated rooms, it’s not a clean room but that is not the case here. I found it very clean. The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and told me where I could grab a bite to eat. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever around passing through. It’s very convenient to Gloss Mountain State Park as well as the Great Salt Plains Wildlife Refuge where you can dig for Selenite crystals. "

"Came here to ride the dunes and this place had a direct path basically to the dunes via sand/dirt road. The house itself was a cool little set up. Owner communication was super easy answered all questions almost immediately. Would def come back"
