"This is the place you wanna book if you are hosting family or want to have a nice weekend on the lake. It’s super close to the main strip on 400 in Dawsonville so anything you need is very convenient and a lot of really good local restaurants around the outlet malls. But the real appeal is the beauty of the North Georgia foothills along a pretty secluded part of Lake Lanier. Lake Lanier is always a fun time but closer to Buford and Gainesville it’s far more crowded. This Dawsonville listing gives you more room to breathe. Teens will love it as they have a game room and theater that’s pretty impressive and it’s super well maintained. The walk to the lake is short but it’s on an incline so bring good shoes to the dock. The water around the dock is deep so you and your kids can dive and jump with no concerns. I’ve stayed at many lake properties in North Georgia and this one is the most practical. The owners live nearby so if you need anything they respond very quickly to messages. I forgot to pack ketchup when we were grilling and I texted at night and the brought some right over. Location is great. Water is prestige. And the owners seem like really good people. 10/10"
