"Great communication from the hotel when my flight was delayed & I couldn't arrive until after midnight. Keys & entry instructions were left & it was no hassle at all to enter & find our room. Cleanliness was excellent, if I had to try & ind a minor fault then there were a couple of small stains on the carpet where it was slightly worn, but that's being really picky! Breakfast as all the reviews have said was excellent. Will definitely stay again."

"This is an absolutely nice hotel just in the city centre of Ruse. The room was quiet and well equipped, and the staff was very kind and polite. Staff behavior is very customer oriented. We felt very well during our stay in the hotel."

This is an old building, with rooms that make you feel that you are sleeping in a small castle. Very nice people, nice breakfast, a small bar with everything on it, and a cool experience. Definitely a good choice. Again, not for the people that want a Vegas experience. "
