"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. "Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast buffet. I had originally booked for myself (1 guest) but in the end, I had an extra guest. Even though it was a king bed easily large enough for a couple, the hotel charged me for the extra person. This is the first time I’ve had this experience! "

"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. "As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room.
