This brand new chalet was built and furnished to offer you a comfortable and fun nature refuge.

Among other things, you will benefit from:

The house is ready to welcome your group, from small to large:
✧ 3 closed bedrooms, two with Queen beds, and the third with a double bunk bed and a work desk. Each bedroom includes storage space and blackout curtains.

✧ The open concept kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook. You will find crockery, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, tools etc. In addition, some essentials will be provided such as oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, etc. Adjacent is a dining table with 8 chairs.

✧ The living room offers a large sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV, to watch movies with the family! Adjacent, we find the patio door leading to the terrace, where you will enjoy the furniture for BBQ and eating outside.

✧ The accommodation includes two full bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower, and a larger one on the ground floor with a freestanding bath and a shower.

✧ Outside, you will have access to the private 4-season spa, boats and access to Lac Gordon which is a 12-15 minute walk away. The edge of the water is a small sandy beach and the descent into the hollow is gradual! You will have access to 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak, 2 adult life jackets and 2 kids life jackets. Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

*WARNING*

Party's strictly forbidden. The tranquility of the neighborhood is essential.

It is recommended in winter to come with a 4x4 car as there are steep slopes on the roads leading to the chalet. From November to April.

Since the chalet is new, during heavy rains and some time after the ground could be muddy and soft in some places.

*WIFI*
The wifi at the chalet is very good. With a speed of 125 mbps you will be able to work remotely from the chalet without any problem.

*TV*
We have 3 smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will be able to connect to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the television.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor fireplace and an indoor fireplace at your disposal. We will provide firewood, however I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help get started. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April.
